Our HTV is printed and ready to be shipped out from Atlanta GA within 24 hours.  Comes rolled up in a Box.
This material is for making Tshirts Tee Shirts T-Shirts and other items that the vinyl will use a HEAT PRESS or IRON.... THIS IS NOT STICKY VINYL
HEAT TRANSFER VINYL
is printed in our design shop on Eco-Solvent Roland Printers and uses Eco-Solvent inks.   Recommended for use with a Heat Press. A Teflon sheet is required. HTV Transfer Material is also required and will be included with your order.  HTV can be applied to Cotton, Polyester, or Cotton/Poly Blends.
This vinyl is compatible with all brands of Professional Vinyl Plotters / Cutters as well as craft cutters, including Silhouette and Cricut.
The materials we use are the same professional products that we currently use in our Retail location for 9 years.
If there is a pattern you are wanting ask us, we may have it or better than that, we may can create the perfect pattern.
All of our Heat Transfer Vinyl HTV comes with Transfer Tape
Application Instructions:
Cut image as you want it to look on your completed item (
not mirrored
) on printed side
Weed/ Remove the excess vinyl from image.
Place Transfer sheet on top of design and squeegee in place.... Keep the Transfer tape as you can reuse the pieces several times before you have to get a new one.
Remove clear plastic back
Place design on shirt (or any Cotton, Polyester or Cotton Blend item)
Now your image is ready to press!
Instructions:
Heat Press Application:
Time: 10 Seconds
Preheat 2-3 seconds
Temperature: 285-300 F
Pressure: Medium
Peel: WARM
Washing Instructions:
Do not dry clean
Machine wash WARM / mild detergent
Dry at normal setting
No chlorine bleach
Wait 24 hours before first wash
