    Description

    Sweet 6" all-composition Wee Patsy from Effanbee, possibly 1930s. Composition is in good condition with some typical cracks and a little chipping on fingers. I have restrung doll so she can be posed easily. Molded hair and painted socks/shoes. Original outfit (note straps are not attached at back, just tuck inside). Smoke-free.
