Beatles First US Performance at Washington Coliseum in Washington, D.C. - Lithograph Poster Signed Rowland Scherman 355/500. Print series was created in the mid 90’s. Rowland Scherman’s image captured The Beatles’ first stateside performance. Known as “The Jellybean” concert as Scherman himself wrote:
"George told the American press that they loved "Jelly Babies" (soft like today's gummy bears). The press got it wrong and the fans were pelting The Beatles-and me- with jelly beans."
