Shipping
Orders are shipped to the address provided on Etsy order receipt. I can not ship to the addresses requested via conversations as it may be too late to correct .
Buyer is responsible for paying import duty in their country if applicable.
All of our items are shipped via USPS. Items that fit in envelope will be mailed to you via first class mail please allow 3-9 business days for delivery. Items that are larger will be shipped in a box via USPS First class mail (trucking # provided) or Priority mail (trucking # provided). This depends on size and weigh of the item and we will reserve the right to decide which option will be best to ship.
Orders placed on Monday through Thursdays will ship next business day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday. Excluding Holidays.
Damage in delivery:
We do our best to pack all orders safely, but no postal service guarantees a 100% no damage delivery (they are known to deliver even metal objects completely flattened). In case of a broken item, please contact me immediately to sort this out the best possible way. I will require a photo of the damaged item and the box inside and outside before proceeding.
If you haven't received an item by the time it was supposed to arrive, let me know and I will try to track it, if possible.
Delays is transport are beyond our responsibility. Please, try and buy in advance if you need an item by an exact date. Please, make sure you are aware of production time.
Refunds and Exchanges
We hope you will be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, you will get a full refund as soon as an item is safely returned to us or picture is provided of damaged item. I can not give a refund for shipping. The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping.
You have to contact me about it within 7 working days from the day you received an item.
If you damaged decals during installation we can provide replacement free of charge as long as you can provide us with image of the damaged decal.
