My understanding is that this image has been reprinted (probably many times). I have seen other early copies printed by Steve Sachs with permission of famous poster artist Bob Dara.
Just speculating – but my impression is that designer Bob Dara was New York based – so perhaps this is the original original.
Provenance:
purchased - in my youth - from a head shop in suburban Detroit c1967-68 and hung in my parent’s basement. Removed a few years later and placed in deep storage for 50+ years!
Condition:
Overall Very Good / Good condition.
Very slight edge / corner wear.
Slight tape residue on reverse (not visible on the front).
Slight toning and shadow pattern.
No notable scuffing or tears.
Poster will be mailed in stiff poster tube, priority mail.
