Bob Dylan’s
June/July 1978 European tour in support of
Street Legal
album. Recorded at Rundown Studios in Santa Monica and produced by Don DeVito,
Street Legal
was released on 15th June, 1978. Following the twin successes of
Blood on the Tracks
and
Desire
, the album was another gold record for Dylan, but it peaked at only #11 on the US Billboard charts, making it his first studio album to miss the US Top 10 since 1964. Kicking off with no less than six shows at the Earl Court Arena in London, the tour marked a triumphant return to Europe, Dylan’s first European tour since the notorious May 1966 tour. A scarce and highly collectible piece of original late 1970s European Bob Dylan concert memorabilia.
The poster measures 60.0 x 83.6 cm (approx. 23.6″ by 32.9″ inches) and is beautifully printed on thin, coated paper stock.
Folded horizontally at the middle with a number of horizontal crease lines running from left to right, as well as overall surface handling wear.
