How to Apply

Thoroughly clean and dry the application surface.
•
Carefully peel the sticker from the sticker's backing paper.
•
Apply the sticker to the desired surface. It's that easy!
Application is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Rotten Remains does not accept responsibility for items damaged due to misuse or incorrect application including but not limited to: Not being able to remove sticker from backing paper, damaging sticker when removing sticker from backing paper, any tearing or stretching, sticker not adhering to surface and/or application surface damage.

TERMS and POLICIES
Payment
Immediate payment is required. We accept PayPal, as well as all major credit cards.
Shipping
We currently only ship items within the USA and Canada.
Buyer's shipping information must include the following: Full name (first and last), house number and street name and/or PO Box number, city/town, state/province and zip/postal code. If the item is being shipped to a non-residential business address, the business/company name must be included in the shipping address and be accompanied by the person's name that will be receiving the item. Any of the above mentioned required information not given at time of purchase may result in delay of shipment or order cancellation.
US addresses are checked with USPS before shipment. If USPS states that there is an issue with a buyer's address, we may attempt to contact the buyer for clarification on their shipping address. If a reply with address clarification is not received, we reserve the right to cancel the order and the item(s) may not be available for repurchasing.
Delivery dates shown by eBay on the listing page and in the buyer's order details are only estimated by eBay and there is no guarantee that the item will be received within that time frame (item may arrive up to 7-10 days later than the latter date shown). Delivery times are counted as business days (Mon-Fri), excluding weekends (Sat -Sun) and holidays. Holidays (in the US or Canada) that fall within the Mon-Fri time period may delay delivery time.
We do not ship outside the USA or Canada. We do not ship to mail box rental businesses such as UPS Stores, Mailbox Etc., Mailbox Plus, Pak Mail and so on. We also do not ship items to cross border parcel pickup companies or freight/courier companies based in the USA or Canada that offer re-shipping services (mail forwarding) to overseas/foreign countries. Any orders placed with a shipping address to either a parcel pickup company or freight forwarding/courier company, may be cancelled at our discretion. We reserve the right to cancel any order if the shipping address provided is not a home/residential address or a USPS/Canada Post official post office location.
Instances of non-receipt will be handled by refund only. No items will be resent or replaced.
Returns
Rotten Remains must be contacted within 14 days of the shipment date when wanting to return an item. Item(s) are to be returned in new (unused) condition. As approximate sizes are stated in all listings, we will not accept returns for wrong size. We will also not accept returns for incorrect color due to the varying display/color calibration settings of devices that may affect how the colors are displayed on your viewing device (cell phone, tablet, laptop, desktop computer monitor etc.).
Returns must be initiated through eBay's return request form. Returns not initiated through the eBay return item form, will not be accepted.
When returning an item, buyer pays return postage and return postage fees will not be refunded. Item(s) must be returned with tracking and the tracking number must verify that the returned item(s) have been received by Rotten Remains before a refund will be issued. All returns will be handled by refund only. We do not accept exchanges.
Rotten Remains does not accept responsibility for items damaged due to misuse or incorrect application.
If you believe an order has been shipped incorrectly, photos of the item(s) as well as the packing material the item(s) were received in must be supplied as proof before a refund will be approved.
