    Margaret Matzenauer(1881-1963), autographed letter signed, Soprano, no date, c.a. 1927, with letterhead, addressed to Mr. Metcalf, this is a thank you letter for flowers and "trained chorus", 2 pages, on light greenish paper, approximately 6 by 7 inches, Good Condition. See pictures.
    Margaret Matzenauer was a mezzo-soprano singer. She performed key works in both Italian and German opera houses. She made her debut at the New York Metropolitan Opera in Aida and worked alongside Enrico Caruso.
