    For your consideration is a gorgeous vintage covered compote candy dish or dresser jar.  This great mid century modern piece is a transluscent smokey gray color detailed with gold gilt.  It is in near perfect condition (see above).  It measures 6 3/4" across x 6 1/2" high.  It could be used to hold cotton balls on a vanity or sink counter.  Thanks for stopping by to take a look.
