Please note that this is a vinyl cut decal with a transfer tape, not a printed sticker. Whatever surface you place the decal on will be the background color.

Application:
Rub the sticker to ensure that the transfer tape is adhered to the sticker. Clean surface thoroughly.
Carefully remove tape layer from the paper backing, while checking to make sure the vinyl is coming up and sticking to the tape layer. Occasionally the lettering will stick to the backing, if this happens be patient and ensure that the vinyl sticks to the tape layer.
Once the tape layer has been removed, with the sticker on it, apply it to the surface vinyl side down. Push down firmly, it is especially helpful to use a squeegee or credit card in order to press the vinyl onto the surface.
Smooth it out and make sure that the vinyl is fully affixed to the surface. When peeling off the tape layer, go slowly, and make sure that the vinyl is not being pulled away from the surface.
