Vintage Effanbee 21" doll - composition head, arms and legs - cloth body - marked Effanbee on the back of her shoulder plate - sleepy blue tin eyes with soft lashes - hand painted brows and lower lashes - open mouth with 2 teeth and a tongue - nice blush - short light brown wig - the composition on her face is excellent - no crazing or cracks - some flaking on one arm - lots flaking and peeling on her legs - she is wearing a very nice pink dress with lace and pastel trims - matching bloomers - plus socks to protect her legs.
